Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • If Prestige Tattoos needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will either be transferred to a new date or refunded in full if no alternative appointment is suitable.

Once the deposit is paid, the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.

2. Age Requirement

  • By law, all clients must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required before every tattoo appointment.

3. Health & Safety

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You are not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
  • You will inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin conditions or medications that may affect the tattooing process.
  • You understand tattooing carries risks including infection, allergic reactions, swelling, bruising and scarring.

Prestige Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing may compromise your health or safety.

4. Tattoo Design

  • Designs remain the intellectual property of Prestige Tattoos unless otherwise agreed.
  • Minor adjustments can be made at your appointment.
  • Significant design changes requested on the day may require your appointment to be rescheduled and may require a new deposit.
  • Once the stencil is approved and tattooing begins, changes cannot be made.

5. Pricing

  • Quotes are estimates based on size, placement and complexity.
  • Final pricing may vary.
  • Payment is due immediately after the tattoo session.

6. Lateness & No Shows

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or shortened.
  • No-shows automatically lose their deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to rebook.

7. Refund Policy

  • Due to the permanent nature of tattooing, refunds are not offered for completed tattoos.

8. Healing & Aftercare

  • Written aftercare instructions will be provided.
  • Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice.
  • Prestige Tattoos cannot be held responsible for complications caused by poor aftercare, picking, scratching, sun exposure, swimming or failure to follow instructions.

9. Photography

  • We may photograph completed tattoos for our portfolio and social media.
  • If you would prefer your tattoo not to be photographed or shared, please let us know before your appointment.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Prestige Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Appears intoxicated.
  • Behaves aggressively or abusively.
  • Has unsuitable skin conditions.
  • Fails to provide valid identification.
  • Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

11. Acceptance

By paying a deposit and attending your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
